Job Description

1. Preparation of pre and post shipment documents like BL, COO,SO, COA,SI etc2. Responsible to handle whole Shipping / Inspection department 3. Maintain complete tracking of freights, shipments and inspection.4. Must be focused to follow stuff / unstuffy container on daily basis and monitor the movement of export.5. Co-ordinate with user department and supplier to increase productivity and timely supply of services / goods.
  • 6. Negotiation with shipping lines / supplier / agencies to get more waiver / claim towards any problem
    • Specific Skills / Knowledge:Must have experience of working with Export company, shipping lines and pre- shipment inspection agencies, CHA etc. Must know Advance Excel and other day to day computer programmes.Familiar with booking, customs declaration, bill of lading to confirm, rebates and other foreign trade operations.familiar with the work of the various processes and trade-related laws and regulations, known as trade terms, logistics, customs and tax knowledgeEfficient in English language (Read, Write, Speak & listen) ability is a must.Required Candidate profileShipping Knowledge is must and ability to handle high volume will be bonus Good problem solving knowledge. Good manpower control.Self-motivated.Generating new ideas for speed supply.Relationship management.Go getter. ,
