Job Description

    Position: Manager-EA (Female Candidate)Location: Bandra, MumbaiExperience: 7-10 YearsPreferred Industry: Petrochemical/Lubricant/FMCG/Chemical/Pharm/ Manufacturing IndustryCTC-10LPAReporting to: MDJob Description Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents Preparing reports of clearance of quarantine email Responsible for the complete chain of Oil related work. Maintain databases File and retrieve documents and reference materials Conduct research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents Manage and maintain executives schedules, appointments and travel arrangements Responsible for administration work. Responsible for all work related to travel. Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications Answer and manage incoming calls Liaise with internal staff at all levels Interact with external clients Co-ordinate project-based work Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary Supervise, coach and train lower-level staffInterested candidate can share resume or reference at hidden_email or hidden_mobile
