Job Description

    Account opening and form filling process for all new Mumbai client accounts.Resolution of discrepancies in new account opening forms in co-ordination with Client/Custodian/RMs.Scanning and sending documents to the Custodian.Client modifications to be made accurately on Wealth Spectrum, with Custodians.Cultivating solid relationships with clients as a reliable point of contact and by providing exceptional after-sales service.Ensuring a positive onboarding experience for new clients.Ensure statutory compliances with respect to all customer servicing related activities strictly following the checklist to ensure KYC documentation compliance.Offer prompt and professional advice to Clients on products and services or their queries in liaison with cross functional teams.Attending to all other queries with respect to client login, modifications, statement queries, capital gain queries and monthly reports.Develop open and effective channels regular communication with each client thereby assessing their satisfaction of the services thus provided.Ensure effective cross-functional internal communication to ensure client requirements are met effectively and on time.Accurate maintenance of client records and client active and inactive lists through Wealth Spectrum.As a service RM manage assigned clients and increase revenue through referrals, top-ups.Should possess thorough knowledge of the Product and other services offered.
