Job Description

    Work closely with the business team to develop & execute human capital strategies that effectively support and enhance the overall business strategiesProactively lead the development and evolution of human resources policies, procedures, programs, and practices that support the continued transformation of the business needed to become a world-class companyProvide insight and coaching to business leaders to implement and evaluate programs and plans that result in increased organizational effectiveness and productivityEnsuring the company is an Employer of ChoiceMaintain open communications with all levels of executives to assess the needs of their departments / divisions and help them accomplish business objectives by recommending human resources solutions and help them proactively manage their human capitalImplement and maintain effective succession and development plans, including management development and employee career path programs appropriate for supporting and sustaining the companys transformationParticipate in the design and management of competitive compensation and workforce planning strategies for all levels.Ensure that these programs enhance the companys ability to attract, retain and motivate a skilled and diverse workforceWork with team on managing complex HR issues and benefits, associate satisfactionDevelop/ maintain and update training dossier for all functional and behavioural trainingAct as location HR Leader and provide support to all BU and enabling functions the respective assigned location
