Job Description

• Automation test engineer should have a strong knowledge in Java, Automated testing, Ruby, Gherkin/ Cucumber, Selenium, API testing, Shell scripts , RDBMS and JMeter performance scripting.
• Nice to have Spring boot, Perfecto RESTFUL, RDBMS, API, Cloud.
• Advocate delivery excellence, minimising delivery risk.
• Agile development of banking services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile development.
• Conduct continuous development and/or integration & testing.
We are seeking talented and motivated individuals for the role of Agile Test Engineer. Primary skillset would be expertise in performance testing tools like LoadRunner/ JMeter & performance test management areas, who should able to do PT scripting, execution using PT tools and report generation. Good to have - experience in CA LISA, TDM & other service virtualization tools; Mobile device management tools like Perfecto. Successful candidates will be experienced programmers who can also develop user stories, develop test cases, break down, design, and develop solutions in an environment with constant collaborative discussions. They will be matured individuals who are comfortable working in an agile environment with critical peer reviews of design and code. They must be able to offer constructive critical reviews of other s designs and code. They must be able to collaboratively work with product owners to develop use stories and test cases. They will be able to research, trial, and recommend new technologies of interest to the group. They will have experience with taking code through testing, deployment, and production and will not have merely handed off code to QA and Production Support. Strategy

• The Retail, Private Banking and Wealth Management ITO is accelerating transformation of agile banking services with DevOps and Agile practices, with an aim towards efficiency, automation, and improved transparency Delivery Sprint Teams will be at the core of delivering this agenda.
• Delivery Sprint Teams will build and integrate components of the DevOps pipeline to deliver new banking capabilities, as well as refactoring of existing applications. Sprint teams will all be experienced programmers, operations people and product owners who can develop and drive their capability development end-to-end. Breadth across both programming and system operations is required of all candidates and depth must be demonstrated in their specialization; this is a cross-functional team with cross over between development and operations with business.

Our Ideal Candidate Qualifications
• 7+ years of software testing which includes performance, manual, automated testing]
• Prior experience working in an agile environment, continuous integration & testing.
• Strong knowledge in performance testing tools like LoadRunner/ JMeter & performance test management areas, who should able to do PT scripting, execution using PT tools and report generation.
• Good to have - experience in CA LISA, TDM & other service virtualization tools; Mobile device management tools like Perfecto
• Strong knowledge in Cucumber, Ruby and any software test automation tools.
• Experience in delivering software in a regulated environment, ideally financial services based to high quality.
• Strong knowledge of risk and regulatory delivery.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
• Strong communication and written skills, ability to communicate your ideas with others.
• Be flexible with changing priorities and multi-tasking.
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant.
