Job Description

    Position SummaryThis position is to understand and analyze different opportunities in the Financial Reporting process. Change person should be able to conduct process study, analyze and identify opportunities for tactical and strategic automation, elimination of manual processes, operational efficiencies and other value add areas. To succeed in this role you must have Analysis, documentation and developer skills gained from experience in the finance industry, ideally in a back office environment within accounting services &/or financial reporting. You will be a highly organized individual who thrives in a demanding and fast paced work environment. Your leader will seek your expertise and give you the support to achieve.Skillsets- Strong understanding of accounting, banking/finance products- Strong in data analysis with the ability to gather and validate facts, define gaps, perform impact analyses- Detail oriented and proficient in documentation- Strong understanding of data structures, database design, system/data flows- Strong communication skills- Advanced desktop skillsMust to have - Understanding of automation tools like Alteryx, Xceptor and UiPathExperience:- 6 to 8 years working experience as Projects or Change Management Business Analyst in banking finance domain (writing requirements or BRD or JIRA, writing functional specifications, create test cases, perform UAT testing),
