Process:1.End-to-end coordination of project within prescribed time frames2.Apprises Project Manager of production issues, concerns and/or delays3.Make resource allocation/vendor selections for Language, DTP, and QC services based upon availability, qualifications, and cost considerations while maintaining quality standards4.Plan and promote effective working relationships with vendors5.Act as a point of contact and address vendor queries and respond appropriately and in a timely manner6.Assign work to resources, confirming correct instructions, reviews vendor invoices etc7.Maintain ongoing daily communication with PM and/or other departments and resources regarding project status8.Ensure receipt, naming, and placement of proper files from the vendor in a proper on-line directory within prescribed timeframesRequirements:1.Good & verbal communication skills required2.Strong computer skills with proficiency and familiarity with WindowsExperience:Graduate with a minimum 1 year of experience into any coordination or customer Support experience (BPO, KPO, Travel, Admin, HR, etc)
