Job descriptionDuties and Responsibilities:1) Figure out customer s needs by patiently listening, keenly understanding and asking necessary questions2) Perform walk-around with new and old customer and demonstrate features of suitable vehicles3) Effectively close sales4) Ensure that customer understands everything with regards to the vehicle s operating features, paperwork and warranty5) Establish and maintain follow-up system, which encourages repeat business cum referrals6) Report to the sales manager with regards to reviews, analyses, objectives, and planned activities7) Participates in sales meetings and training provided by the dealership and manufacturers8) Review sales statistics and plan more effectively to improve sales.Skills required:1) Good Interpersonal and customer service skills2) Excellent problem solving and organization skills3) Self-motivated and flexible to work with negligible supervision4) Firm work attitude.
