Oversee the entire shift deliverables technically, functionally and prioritize the tasks and bring them to closure Interact with Clients regularly to understand the problem statement and requirements and make the team in sync with the sameQualification: Must Have Production Support experience with Mainframe (COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2)Knowledge of the following technologies:o Technical experience on usage of JCL, COBOL, VSAM, CICS, PROC, VPROC, PARM, COPYBOOKo IBM Tools like CA7, SPUFI, CAFM, ENDEVOR, Table Base tables etc.o Understanding of RDBMS & DB2 and IMS database conceptso Knowledge on REXX is preferred Good understanding of US Insurance Domain Flexible to work in shifts and weekend support
