Conduct individual assessments to evaluate speech and language abilities of clients. 2. Develop personalized therapy plans tailored to each clients specific needs and goals. 3. Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions to improve speech and communication skills. 4. Work with clients one-on-one or in small groups to deliver effective speech therapy sessions. 5. Provide continuous monitoring and evaluation of progress to track improvements and make necessary adjustments to therapy plans. 6. Collaborate with other therapists and professionals within the training center to ensure comprehensive care for clients. 7. Educate and involve family members or caregivers in the therapy process, providing guidance and support. 8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and session notes. 9. Stay updated with the latest developments and research in the field of speech therapy to enhance treatment approaches. 10. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities. Qualifications: 1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field. 2. Certification from a recognized speech therapy program or association. 3. Proven experience in conducting speech assessments and developing effective therapy plans. 4. Knowledge of various speech and language disorders and their treatment methods. 5. Ability to work with individuals across different age groups, from children to adults. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and their families. 7. Empathy and patience in understanding the unique challenges faced by each client. 8. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate records. 9. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
