Job Description

    E-Commerce - Assistant KAM and Key Account Manager(FMCG)Job Responsibilities:This position has been designed to ensure focus on every E Comm customer and become the supplier of choice. The role entails aligning and influencing key internal and external stakeholders to deliver Growth and Profitability objectives.The key responsibilities may be divided as follows:- Deliver Business Objectives: Revenue /Distribution/Share/Profitability for the portfolio of customers.- Formulate and execute a robust Joint Business Plan for all customers. Conduct periodic JBP reviews to monitor the execution of the plan.- Develop, Negotiate, Sell and Execute optimal Terms of Trade with the help of Manager and ensure compliance- Analyze primary and secondary data regularly and apply the insights to grow the business.- Ensure high service levels to all customers across categories.- Build a strong business relationship with key internal & external stakeholders.- Cross functional engagement with internal Sales/Marketing/ Finance & Supply chain functions.- Deliver the following Customer Processes to drive Customer Satisfaction:a. Finalize Joint Business Plans and align Customers.b. Ensure hygiene of Master Data and manage Assortment & New Listing.c. Develop appropriate A&M and Promotion Calendars with the Customer factoring cost effective Promotions, Feature Ads, New Product Introductions, etc.d. Commercial Hygiene - Support Finance team to ensure payments come in on time and account reconciliation happens periodically.e. Work with Supply chain teams to ensure high levels of fill rate across brands and territories.f. Always ensure In App availability of all SKUs.g. Conduct monthly Business Reviews with the Customer HQ Team.h. Actively seek any growth opportunities all customersKey Performance Indicators:- Revenue Growth /Distribution/Share & Profitability for the portfolio of Customers.- Deliver & Execute Joint Business Plan at all customers.- Build & Execute a 3 month Promotion/Visibility Calendar.- Ensure detailed business review with customers and internal stake holders once every month.- Maintain Customer Scorecard in the prescribed template and publish the same by the 10 th of the every month.- Work closely with supply chain to deliver min 90% fill rate across SKUs and cities.- Facilitate the signing of account reconciliation once in a quarter at every customerRequirements:- Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing and persuasion skills- Advanced application of Excel & PowerPoint- Good Presentation skills- Data interpretation & analysis skills- Ability to cross-reference and benchmark- Deciding and Initiating action - Self Starter with a high Drive for Results- Stature, Confidence & People Skills to handle & impact Category/ Merchandizing Teams at Customers/Retailers and Internal stakeholders.- Ability to think on their feet, manage crisis independently and multi-task.- Great people skills and ability to work in teams.,
