    Dear Candidate,Greetings for the day!!Urgent Requirement for Managing Partner_InsuranceJob Description1] Achieve the Budget of the Region in terms of revenue as well as cost.2] The Branch Manager / Branch Head / BDM/SBDM- will directly report to the Area Head / Senior Area Head of the base location.3] Develop sales forecast, Budget and manpower plan for the Region.4] Monitor sales volume, revenue and cost against forecast to identify problem areas and adopt procedures or Re route resources to improve the over all performance of the region.5] Supervise the different branches and ensure implementation of tools of procedures that will assist the whole sales process from call to closure thereby optimizing productivity.6] Increase the distribution network of agency channel cost effective manner.7] To ensure early Licenses by our Business Partners to enhance earnings productivity.8] Ensuring early success of the Managers by helping him to recruit accelerate in business.
