• Recruitment & Selection of the Candidates for All the sectors for Junior and Mid- level Profiles.
• Sourcing Candidates through Job portal, references, Internal sources, Head hunting, etc.
• Screening, interviewing, maintaining data of the Candidates and Coordinating with the Candidates Till Selection & Joining.
• Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates.
• Checking references and suitability of applicants before referral to employers for interview.
