• Create the yearly target with 10 % increase of EBITDA.
• Get all the operations streamline with proper reporting (Daily, weekly, monthly & yearly)
• Coordinate with purchase department and help them to finalise the vendor & quotation.
• Business growth/ retention and development.
• Ensure that all financial targets and KPIs are achieved within a framework of actual financial control.
• Health & safety committee to a reduction in accidents year on year.
• Ensure efficient & economic use of labour.
• Liaising with IRCTC.
• Monitoring the quality of foods.
• Leading the operations team and setting standards.
• Managing the contract and tender of train system.
• Planning menu for plaza.
• Organizing managers rota.
• Hiring, training, supervising and motivating permanent and temporary and permanent staff.
Skills & Qualification:
• Leadership: Youll be running the show (with some support from head office.)
• Confidence: Youll need to be a decision-maker who can use initiative to solve problems.
• Number crunching: Youll have to deliver on the financial targets you set.
• Communication: You need to guide your team so they provide a level of food and service that keeps the client happy
• Organisation: Youll need to priorities duties.
• Decision making: Ability to think quickly, work in stressful circumstances.
