Updates receivables by valuating unpaid invoices. Maintains records by creating invoices, debits, and credits Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating informationfrom sales, PO, customer service departments, and from customers. Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries. Resolves invalid or unauthorized deductions by following pending deductionsprocedures. Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, creditline. Putting / releasing holds on Orders or Credit of a customer by analysing acustomers account. Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts; coordinating monthlytransfer to accounts receivable account; verifying totals; preparing reports.Required Profile/ExperienceKnowledge of Collections Process Strong accounting knowledge Good written and verbal communication skill in English and German.
