Job Description

    Responsibilities:- Handling calls regarding various queries and maintaining relationship with them. Getting these queries solved through coordination with the respective department, Branch or sub-broker, Product/Process Query handling. Should be focused on customer satisfaction. Checking Report on daily basis and sharing the same with customers. Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify customer needs and opportunities. Analyze customer data and feedback to drive data-driven decision-making. Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to nurture customer relationships. Monitor and optimize CRM systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Generate reports and. insights to track CRM performance and identify areas for improvement. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in CRM management. Responsible for managing and collection all the outstanding accounts receivables form clients and customers.Skills:- Should possess good communication skills and presentation Skills. Willing to Learn and implement. Good In Excel Strong Interpersonal skills Proven experience as a CRM Manager or similar role in the real estate industry.
