The focus of this fast-growing center spans Market Research, Research in areas of Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning, Product Management, Product Development, Product Marketing, Revenue Marketing, Customer Success and Enterprise Business Solutions.What you will be doing: Monotype is looking for a high-energy Agile practitioner who can help our teams harness the power of Agile practices, to deliver the next generation of solutions for the global market. You will be key to helping us accelerate and develop well-functioning Agile teams by facilitating daily Scrums, backlog refinement, identification of risks, removing impediments and ensuring teams are communicating effectively with each other.The individual in this role will be focused on driving top line and bottom line business success by helping drive:1. Organizational commitment & urgency2. Greater operational rigorThis person will:bring subject-matter expertise and coach teams around the principles and practices, of Scrum and help build an Agile mindset and culture within teams.always think of the Customer first.participate in Monotypes continual Agile transformation, driving its implementation across multiple teams (called squads, in the Spotify model which we use).facilitate estimation and planning, daily progress, demos and retrospective sessions with teams.coach and facilitate continuous improvement efforts by the squads, by implementing takeaways from retrospectives and implementing concrete solutions to make the squads more efficient and improve delivery success.conduct sessions with teams around Agile overview, processes and practices, writing user stories, estimation, backlog refinement, as required. The approach should be creative, innovative and effective to ensure concepts are understood by the team.provide insights into areas for improvements with a focus on outcomes and with the objective of establishing a culture of autonomous management and self improvement in individuals and squads.be involved in multiple projects throughout the company and should be flexible enough to do this successfully.have the ability to take initiative and apply critical thinking techniques to analyze problems, develop solutions or manage riskWhat we are looking for: 5 years of related project management experience with Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Agile backgroundStrong subject matter expertise and experience in using AGILE principles and techniques Kanban, Kaizen, SCRUM, XP, Iterative Development, LEAN, SAFe,ScrumScale and similar other core principles and techniques.Demonstrated ability to develop a good understanding of the team dynamics and build high performing teamsSomeone who can thrive in an environment of constantly changing projects with tight deadlinesA team member with experience within iterative and adaptive software environmentStrong collaboration, coaching, facilitation, communication and problem-solving skillsA passion for impeccable quality and customer successExperience with JIRAFrequently Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization.Ability to remove impediments and guide teams to remove their own impediments.Track record of building trusting and safe environments where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving.Someone who is comfortable coaching Product Owners on the scrum framework, getting items to ready , user story best practices, writing good acceptance criteria.One who asks thoughtful questions to help our Product Owners to maximize ROI and meet company objectives.
