Job Description

    Responsibilities Axway is currently seeking a Sr Engineer who specialized in AWS domain. The Sr Engineer will demonstrate a high level of technical expertise in industry leading Infrastructure as Services (iaaS) providers like AWS. They will have a proven track record of helping organizations to implement and operate their production workloads on AWS.
    • Ensure that Axway s Open Banking solution is successfully deployed by defining the right system architecture to integrate the solution in the customer s digital environment.
    • Lead day-to-day Technical operational activities for implementing changes, resolving incidents, managing configurations and administering Axway s Open Banking solution on AWS.
    • Work with Customer and other Axway teams on technical Architecture/implementation/escalations
    • Executing DR tests and Maintenance activities
    • Able to perform Capacity Planning on customer environment on Managed Cloud and provide recommendations for improving availability and cost optimization
    • Manage the lifecycle of all requests and incidents that arise, driving for root cause of problems to prevent incidents from recurring
    • Participate in after-hours support and implementation activities as required
    • Drive to learn new things and go above and beyond the call of duty

Flexibility and professional excellence are the most important qualities for this position.Qualifications and Experience :
    • Minimum of 1 year of Production Operations or Support experience on AWS.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in the IT industry working on leading infrastructure as service providers like AWS or Azure or Google Cloud.
    • Best practice and experience with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Open Shift, Jenkins, Maven, GitHub, Chef, Puppet, etc.
    • Vast knowledge around enterprise security, identity management (IAM), and best practices minimally including PKI, CA, TLS, SSO, SAML, LDAP, OpenID, Multifactor, and OAuth.
    • Experience with networking protocols and technology: TCP/IP, SMTP, FTP, HTTP, DNS, WAN, LAN, VPN, Internet, Intranet, Extranet
    • Technical knowledge: Strong Unix/Linux/Windows, Networking, MySQL, No SQL databases
    • Experience in working with Ticketing tools like Service now, Jira is preferred
