JOB PURPOSE This position will be responsible for the sales effort, acquiring new clients and achieving revenue plan from named/new clients. He will be responsible to position AITD as the preferred learning partner with customer and drive strategic level engagement. CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Client Acquisition: Achieving revenue targets through customer acquisition in the B2B space. Architecting solutions to develop customized programs for clients Account Management: Achieve account revenue targets. Lead the end-to-end Account Planning, Drive strategic engagement. Initiating and nurturing client relationships and revenue maximization. Qualification and Experience MBA preferred 6+ years of experience in Solution/Product Sales. Experience in Direct / B2B markets Demonstrated Track record in meeting and exceeding targets consistently Experience in Corporate Learning & Development is a plus Key Competencies & Traits Ability to devise and implement account level strategies Creativity of thought to provide Out of Box solutions Good understanding of the corporate training market would be an advantage.
