Job Description

Engineering Graduate with 2 to 5 years relevant experience in network design and optimization.
Knowledge of radio network design, planning for 2G/3G/LTE/5G including nominal Cell Plan, frequency plan, PSC and PCI planning
SCFT report generation, Knowledge of MapInfo tool/QGIS and good know how of MS excel
Experience in L3 analyzing. Knowledge on post processing and analysis tool (TEMS, NEMO, Actix or equivalent). Knowledge of RF design fundamentals, RF propagation behavior
Has work on SCF creation, XML files generation using PE tool and troubleshooting.
KPI s and parameter MO class basic know how.
Know how of VB( Excel macro s) and Access is a advantage.
Good communication skills and attitude for knowledge sharing.
Able to work independently and as part of a group.
Reliable and efficient targeting for good quality. Analytical approach and problem-solving skills and Presentation skills.
Willing to work in shifts
