  • Should be flexible to work in shifts to support US/UK office timings.
  • The role will demand to travel globally, a passport is mandatory.
  • Responsible for planning and implementation of security standards like ISO 27001, ISO 22301, SOC 2, Cyber Security, ISO 9001 and Data Privacy Laws.
  • Responsible for running Risk Management, Internal, Client and External audits. Will manage the entire audit program from project planning, execution to closures.
  • Ability to work with external auditors, vendors, consultants on any assigned project.
  • Responsible for getting VAPT done through an external vendor for all locations globally. Timely closure of all VAPT findings by coordinating with Vendor and internal stakeholders.
  • Performs technical audit and reviews effectiveness of Information Security technologies such as End point security, WEB security, IPS, Firewall, Encryption, SIEM, DLP, MDM, etc.
  • Responds to prospective and existing client Request for Information/Proposals (RFP/RFI s)
  • Contributes in the Information Security documentation that includes creation / review /update of various IS / Cyber Security policies / procedures, guidelines, awareness newsletters, posters etc.
Functional Skill Sets:
  • Must have previous working experience in a global organization and should be proficient in speaking and understanding UK and US accents.
  • LA/LI for ISO 27001:2013 standard.
  • Knowledge of SOC, ISO 22301, ISO 9001 is mandatory.
  • Good knowledge of different security technologies like End point security, WEB security, IPS, Firewall, Encryption, SIEM, DLP, MDM, etc.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams across the globe.
  • Candidate should be familiar with VLAN, Firewall security, TCP/IP
  • networking including IP classes, subnets, multicast, NAT, DNS, and DHCP, Network troubleshooting, Wireless protocols and service, Remote access, Backup and Disaster recovery, Endpoint security, Patch management, email security etc.
  • Knowledge and experience of managing VAPT for organization
  • Has strong positive approach to work and shared feedback
  • Has solid time and stakeholder management skills
  • Has strong analytical thinking, with an eye for detail and proactive approach to problem solving
