    About the Company:91Springboard, a prominent name in the Flexible Workplace/ Co-working Solutions space with a national presence was founded in 2012, with a strong focus on creating workspaces that serve professional communities that fosters joy, learning and collaboration. The Company currently manages a total of 28 centres in 8 cities with an overall capacity of 22,000 desks.About the team and position:As in charge of Legal and corporate compliance function, Legal team is required to understand the pressure points, strategy and objectives of the 91springboard business and effectively communicate the risks and legal issues involved in the decision-making process. This enables management to make informed strategic choices within an acceptable legal risk profile. The team is expected to work closely with the compliance team to create a framework for corporate compliances that allows maintenance of high standards of Corporate Governance. The team is also required to provide legal. advice and work closely with the Expansion team on finalization of new spaces for the 91springboard expansion plan, therefore, a thorough understanding of the legal issues and skill set is required to negotiate commercials with Landlords/ real estate developers. The legal teamwork is expected to work with deep amounts of engagement with other functions, more particularly such as Finance, Expansion, Design, Set-up and Operations.What you will do: Legal Responsibilities: Drafting, vetting, approving, negotiating and settling various types of contracts and agreements, including the following, in particular: Deeds Leave and License Agreement, Lease Deeds, MOUs, LOIs, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Acquisition Agreements, Funding Agreements, Marketing/ Operations/ Service Agreements, Franchise Agreements, Business Conducting Agreements, Renewal Agreements, Cancellation Deeds, Rectification Deeds, Supplementary Agreements, Share Subscription Agreements, Commission agreement, Shareholders agreement etc. Acts as In-house legal counsel and plays advisory role in legal matters Well acquainted with Companies Act and other Central & State laws and regulations Coordination with advocates, Merchant Bankers, Auditors, solicitors and other external agencies Advising the top Management on the financial transactions and on their potential impact under any enactment Legal Due diligence, fund-raising activities All matters relating to IP Actively coordinating with other functional areas for day to day legal matters such as the issuance of notices, recovery of payments, disciplinary actions, managing agreements and contracts and other issues those concerns legal or compliance Preparing strategies to file legal cases defend the company from legal cases Offer legal views and opinions Good communication, drafting and negotiation skillsWhat you will need: A degree in Law from reputed law college with 8-10years post-qualified experience with 3-4 yrs experience in court (high court, districts, consumer court , criminal , 138 , ) and 4-5yrs inhouse preferably from Real Estate or ITES industryPrimary Responsibilities: Drafting, Vetting, Approving, Negotiating and Settling various types of contracts and agreements, compliance management,
