BVG provides a wide range of services that include Mechanized Housekeeping, Landscaping and Gardening, Civil and Electrical Maintenance, Fabrication Services, Turn Key Solutions, Logistics Support, and many more services that any organization might require.BVG India is among the top leading Solar EPC company and has crossed 1GW portfolio as Solar EPC and have a 500 MW PV Module Manufacturing Plant in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.The companys approach is based on partnership, and. they work to help their customers focus on their core areas by managing their non-core activities.This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Business Development position, primarily focused on Solar EPC and Solar modules. The daily tasks for the role involve developing and implementing solar EPC projects and identifying market opportunities for solar modules in the Domestic marketplace. It also requires monitoring the market and competition, conducting market research, and surveying potential stakeholders.Qualifications1. A Bachelors or Masters degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field is preferred2. 5-7 years of experience in business development in the solar industry specifically from Solar PV Modules.3. Strong Industry Relations and database of decision-makers in Solar EPC, Solar Developers and Government agencies.4. Strong sales and marketing skills, as well as knowledge of the market and competition5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate deals with potential stakeholders6. Experience with preparing and delivering Techno-commercial proposals.7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail8. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed9. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is requiredKnowledge of industry-specific software and tools is preferredRequired Skills1. Communicate effectively with customers on BVG module technology and advantage over competition technology;2. Strong presentation, interpersonal and written skills;3. Good negotiation skills;4. Ability to work both within the team and independently;5. Knowledge about Solar PV technology and the Solar market globally;6. Should be willing to travel;Role Description1. Originate opportunities from the market for sales of BVG PV modules in India with a focus on utility-scale project users (large IPPs, Federal or State Owned Utility companies)2. Ability to negotiate and successfully conclude commercial transactions resulting on order booking.3. Strong Ability to achieve yearly Sales Target.4. Ability to run economic/ financial models to work out LCOE based value propositions for the customer5. Prompt follow-up with customers for orders, contract finalization, payments, and logistics;1. Obtain required internal approvals for module allocation as well as contract execution;2. Engages with customers on BVG PV module technology, quality, reliability, energy advantage;3. Keep track of competition offerings to decide BVG PV FirSolar module entitlements;4. Track development in solar sector to generate leads and potential demand opportunity;5. Consistently meet or exceed sales target;6. Co-ordinate internally about module demand forecast and update in sales force to record potential opportunities,
