We have a deep understanding of the domain that we operate in and have in-house competencies which stretch from port to pet.Role:You will be part of the Direct to Customer sales team for our Brand portfolio and will be keenly involved in capturing customer mind space while driving brand objectives through direct conversations with customers either through face 2 face interaction at the retail store or communicating with customers through other media like phone calls/emails/live chats and social media campaignsResponsibilities:

• Sales :- maintain , manage and close the sales pipeline. Use in house Lead management, CRM and integrated communications platform to keep track of the prospects and take the interest generated through marketing campaigns towards conversion and customer delight.
• Sales process :- understand the product range , Features , Attributes and benefits in order to deliver correct sales pitch and implement the standard sales process.
• Support :- interact with customers who are trying to reach out to the brand through multiple communications platform like Facebook , Instagram DM, Messenger or email or DM on website etc. Resolve customer query, take customer feedback and act on customer complains
• Customer Life Cycle Management :- Create associations with the customers and manage their expectations ,requirement over the entire lifecycle.
• Capture Customer Mind Space : Bring out an understanding with end customer of how our brands are relevant and are best in the industry.
• Customer Experience :- Leverage our Brand Retail Identity at Key Accounts and preferred partner stores in ways in which standard customer experience can be driven in Pet Industry while delivering brand message.
• Customer Research: Analysis of Pet Parenting trends, requirements, expectations in (Dogs & Cats). Primary research customer feedback, testimonials etc. there by creating a positive WOM and brand resonance in the market.
• Reporting and Monitoring :- Create daily reports for the Marketing function and monitor key projects to drive them towards the set goals and results.

• Good communication skills (written and verbal) with good command on English
• MS Excel word doc experience.
• Experience on CRM tools like Zoho, Saleforce etc.
• Pet Industry experience will be given preference.
• Should have engaged in direct customer facing roles like fast fashion , modern trade or other D2C brands
