Job Description

To merchants, Paytm offers acquiring devices like Soundbox, EDC, QR, and Payment Gateway, where payment aggregation is done through PPI and also other banks financial instruments. Operating on this platform leverage, the company then offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans, and BNPL, sourced by its financial partners. The Paytm payment gateway enables lakhs of offline merchants to offer world class frictionless payment experiences to their customers. Expectations/ Requirements: Candidates required for managing premium offline account merchant portfolios on EDC, SB, QR and Lending where below attributes are desired Sales through Service model > Build relationships with 1000 assigned merchants, ensure they know you 1-1, assist in any kind of service resolution pan-Paytm, you will be the face of Paytm for the merchant, and then cross sell and deepen thus driving sales volume Build merchant relationships through engagement, assistance, and a timely response to queries. Resolve and troubleshoot complex service issues. Winback of merchants who have been non-transacting Prior experience in handling offline merchants on EDC,SB, lending, PG portfolio Engage, deepen, retain, and grow the book. Knowledge of payment and lending products and processes Cross sell through engagement and deepening Go Getter Attitude, Higher service orientation, sensitive relationship management, Able to Drive Business to Paytm despite Competition Superpowers/ skills that will help you succeed in this role: Relevant 1-2 years of experience in the payments domain or similar industry experience is preferred. Good oral and written communication skills are a must.
