    Job Context:The role is toensure that the company adheres to legal standards. ESIC Act, Online ESIC Challan & Monthly ReturnsShops & Establishment Act, S&E Registrations & documentation Professional Tax, Managing P Tax PAN IndiaEmployee grievance handling.Provide operational support to the payroll partner regarding data, invoices, payment, and new implementation.Liaise with Business HR to ensure data is given to the payroll partner in time.Monitor global compliances for each country and keep real time tracking of itMonitor and review payroll spreadsheets and reporting (provided by the payroll partner) for accuracy and data. integrity.Provide global support to Business HRs and external partners for international payroll matters.Track payroll vendors performance (i.e., open tickets, KPIs, SLAs)Prepares monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports (gross payroll, hours worked, vacation accrual, tax deductions, benefit deductions, etc,
