Job Description

Job Title: AVP Group Strategy Location: Noida

  • Similar to an in house consulting team, you will be developing strategy and thought leadership expertise for bespoke, high-value opportunities across all areas of the bank
  • Work as part of a team that advises Group Executives and the Board in making informed decisions on the most pressing business challenges and opportunities facing Barclays. Selected projects include:
  • Market assessments
  • Improving operational efficiency across products and geographies
  • New business development
  • Conduct qualitative analyses

  • Post Graduate, ideally with an MBA Degree from top tier institutions
  • Relevant team (Group Strategy or Investment Banking) in a bulge bracket bank

  • Knowledge of capital markets products, fintech, retail banking, payments and wealth management
  • Familiarity with emerging trends and disruptive business models in financial markets
  • Working knowledge of regulatory trends in financial services
