We have a urgent opening forPosition - Assistant Vice President- Inside salesLocation - NoidaExp - Min 10 YrsCtc - up to 40 LPAOwn the complete P&L responsibility of the CATEGORY . Handling business for the entire category which involves handling of P&L to sales strategy, content, new product launches, Faculty acquisition & Management ,Marketing and budget management etc. Build & Drive Go to market strategy for launching new markets and new channels.Develop a category expansion plan, aligned with Gradeups business strategy. Ownership of keeping track of ROI of each revenue generating activity to ensure Bottom Line is within limits.Planning and finalizing the pricing, promotion, packaging and channel-wise distribution strategy for products within the category. Ensure collaborations and planning with cross functional operations, central teams to ensure smooth transactions.Teaming up with the product development departments in creating product intelligenceRequirements: Minimum experience of 7 yrs + in category and business management.An MBA PGDM Grad. from Tier 1/2 institute is preferred Hands on experience in setting up and managing category - Business intelligence around best practices and current trends.Ability to work with senior management on critical business initiatives.
