Job Description

- Define the product roadmap for Payment/Payment Gateway (offline/online)- Ability to work with large set of business stakeholders- Prioritize roadmap and communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders- Ability to break down 6 month roadmap into monthly sprints based on business needs- Ability to measure and improve key metrics from initiatives that have been launched.- Should have worked with a large tech team/multiple tech teams.- Ability to build and lead large product teamsSuperpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role: - Should have minimum 10+ years of Product Management experience- B.Tech/B.E in computer science or equivalent experience from top colleges. - Should have worked in top fintechs/banks/eCommerce payment roles.- Must have extensive payments product experience and ability to work with data to drive innovations.- Should have high-level understanding of how tech systems work.- Good to have understanding of the regulatory environment in Indian context.- Must have very strong ownership and bias for action.,
