Dedicated to quality andresolution time oriented. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based forcustomers query within a defined SLA.Required Educational Qualification: BCA / MCA / B.Tech /3 years DiplomaRequired Skills && Attributes:- Must have 0-1years of experience in backup operational support (Freshers welcome to apply)- Knowledge on EMC Networker & EMC Avamar (ISM certified preferred)- Knowledge on Druva would be of additional advantage- Extensive knowledge of backup of Tape Libraries & EMC Data Domain devices- Knowledge of backing up online databases & Virtual Servers- Must possess the ability to craft innovative technical solutions in a challenging environment- Provide operational support on a 24x7 rotation basis.- Able to communicate in a clear and concise manner both in written form of emails, ticket comments, andverbally; as well as internally and on the phone with customers.Job Responsibilities:-Setup and administer storage units and storage devices, Tape Libraries and Data Domains-Provide product support for EMC Networker.- Analyzing the OS && Backup logs, alert logs, Warning logs and other trace files and diagnosing problems.- Manage EMC Networker & Avamar solutions for various client platforms and backup types such as fileservers, online databases, desktops && virtual servers etc.- Monitor daily backup activity and reporting to proactively avoid issues and troubleshoot missed andfailed backup jobs.- Create and update documentation for backup procedures, solutions, licensing and applicable projectartifacts.- May be required to support different shifts to enable 24x7 support and must be available on call as &&when required.- SLA adherence and attainment.Interested Candidates may apply on deepak.accordconsultants@gmail.com or call 8329160601.
