    Work with multiple categories and functions within offline payments to define key performance andoperational metrics and monitor the health of the function / categoriesBuild dashboards to track the key metrics that can be shared with functional / org leadership andmonitor progress of metrics to identify any issues and raise any red flags to functional / org leadsBuild, deliver and present analytical results and recommendations in meaningful and effectivepowerpoint presentations to key stakeholdersSupport hypothesis with data-backed insights and narrow down key issues / areas of improvementand recommend appropriate solutionPerform AB test analysis, Build effective pre post analysis of all actions and new initiatives done bythe business teams on insights backed by data.To work with a variety of data sources and pull data using efficient query development that requiresless post processingDistinctive problem solving and analysis skills, combined with impeccable business judgment,leadership skills and ability to communicate with executives and senior management teamsKnowledge of SQL is mustAdvanced usage of MS Excel and MS PowerPointData Visualization techniques Google Data Studio/Looker/Tableau etcData manipulation techniques SQL/SAS/R/Python/any scripting languageGood understanding of Database/Data Warehousing Features; Ability to combine structured &unstructured dataBachelor s or Master s degree from a reputation Institution,
