Job Description

    We are hiring Business Development Executive.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive . Business Development Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, pitching products and services, generating leads, and achieving targets. The Business Development Executive should have a passion for sales and thrive in a high-pressure, high-stakes environment. The Business Development Executive should also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Requirement Skills:
    • Working on regular cold calls and follow-ups with potential leads to understanding the ground problems and customer concerns.
    • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies
    • Executing all the Sales planning and overseeing target allocation.
    • Sourcing business through open market through different channels
    • Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance Managing Sales of Loan Like: Overdraft , Personal Loan, Business Loan and Balance Transfer Working extensively towards the development of the working process
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
    • Knowledge of sales processes, techniques and tools, with the ability to monitor and analyze sales trends and forecasting
    • Strong critical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills
    • Minimum of 1 years experience in sales and freshers are also welcome
    • To source open market business too and achieve the targets assigned
    To maintain company first attitude and be respectful in attitude towards other fellow colleagues, seniors, partners etc.
