Job Description

    • Graduate or Post-graduate with experience in sales and business development
    • Clear understanding of the IT services industry, and IT staffing
    • Successful in building a go-to-market strategy and corporate sales plan
    • Specific experience in IT or IT Staffing industry business development role involving hunting
    • 5+ years of sales experience in the IT Staff Augmentation/Consulting industry
    • Salesforce consulting industry experience is an add-on
    • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
    • Work closely with Marketing team to generate leads and design campaigns
    • Collaborate with the Account Management/Recruitment team to identify and fulfill client staffing needs
    • Comfortable with performing Outbound and Inbound calls and delivering professional, formal presentations.
    • Excellent English Communication skills written and oral
    • Direct sales/business development background ( not inside sales)
    • Proven ability to handle revenue targets is a must
    • Clear understanding of the Indian market
    • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
    • Should have worked on Salesforce or a global CRM platform, and understands funnel movement of leads and deal
    Role/KRAs
    • Grow the business of IT Staffing in scale and scope with key client acquisitions
    • Handle targets on Gross Profit (Revenue), contract resource numbers (onboards), new client signups (Key clients)
    • Meet and Exceed Annual/Quarterly sales targets with a clear focus on numbers
    • Ensuring market coverage with Enterprise, Mid-market, SMB and start-ups in India
    • Work with Delivery/Recruitment, Operations & Payroll teams to ensure new client requirements are serviced immediately and efficiently
    • Open to travel Pan India, and Asia in future (up to 60% travel as needed)
    • Analyze pipeline and lead data, deliver periodic reporting to the sales and marketing teams providing key business insights: typical reporting relates to Demand Generation, Pipeline Forecast and Trends, Conversion Rates, Target Account, Market Segmentation, Win/Loss, Age
    • Manage relationship with partner ecosystem or company partners for lead generation
    • Attend events, industry meets and engage in business development communities
    • Work closely with Inside sales, marketing and other inhouse teams for successful opportunity creation
