Job Description

    As the B2B Sales Manager specializing in MSME acquisition for L&T SuFin at NetAmbit, you will lead a dynamic team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) to enroll buyers onto the L&T SuFin platform. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in B2B sales, a deep understanding of the MSME landscape, and the ability to strategize and execute successful client acquisition campaigns.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership and Development:Lead, motivate, and guide a team of BDEs in achieving and surpassing MSME acquisition targets.Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and keep them abreast of industry trends.Strategic Market Planning:Develop and execute comprehensive B2B market strategies focused on MSME acquisition/Onboard for L&T SuFin.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the MSME sector.Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:Oversee the implementation of robust strategies for acquiring MSME clients onto the L&T SuFin platform.Collaborate with the team to build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers/buyersSales Performance Analysis:Establish ambitious sales targets for the B2B MSME team, aligned with overall business objectives.Analyze and interpret sales metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:Work closely with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve common objectives.Ensure effective communication channels between B2B sales and other departments.Upselling and Cross-Selling Initiatives:Identify and implement opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing B2B MSME clients.Collaborate with the team to design targeted strategies for maximizing revenue from current accounts.Market Expansion Strategies:Explore and evaluate new markets and business opportunities within the B2B segment, specifically in the MSME space.Contribute to the development of expansion plans and execute strategies for market penetration.Application Enrollment:Work closely with the L&T SuFin application team to ensure a smooth and efficient enrollment process for MSME clients.Provide insights and feedback to improve the application and enhance user experience.Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred. Proven track record of 6-12 years in B2B sales and business development, with a focus on MSME acquisition. Deep understanding of B2B sales dynamics, MSME market challenges, and industry trends. Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a history of building and leading successful sales teams. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Results-oriented mindset with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding B2B sales targets. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment. Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and team engagements
