Job Description

Understanding customer s business, and identify influencers and decision-makers within a customer organization in Enterprise sales.

Focusing on identifying customer s Human resource Onboarding challenges and developing strong value propositions to help customers meet their objectives through our offerings.

Engaging effectively across all levels in a customer s organization including VP/C-level executives.

Upon qualification, develop a meticulous pursuit plan to progress the opportunity to closure.

Developing a healthy pipeline of suspects and prospects, and accurately forecasting business deals to be closed.

Preparing and delivering high impact sales presentations and proposals.

Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction levels with every customer engagement.

Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

Assume complete responsibility for sales, profitability, and Cash-Flow.
