Job Description

    Note: Please apply ONLY if you are having BDM (Direct / Tier 1 Partners) Experience and National and International IT Staffing / Software sales. This is an Individual Contributor role. The candidate must have top notch communication skills to talk to national as we all global clients and build a great network.Job description:Develop new client accounts (Direct) for IT Sales. IT staffing business & digital marketing with private and public sector customers. Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing / Software / digital marketing opportunities to fulfil. Involve in end-to-end Business Development Process including cold calling, client communication, presentations, negotiation, and contract signing Client relationship management. Building accounts with IT & Non IT contractor staffing needs and ongoing support. Collaborating and identifying opportunities for IT Services project. Leverage your existing relationships and network to open a new business. Possess a deep knowledge of the consulting or professional services, vendor RFP, proposal, sales pitch and SOW processes Ability to build direct relations with Hiring Managers / Engagement Managers / Decision Makers / C-Level Must have prior relationships with End Clients with a track record of contract closure. Leverage your existing relationships and network to open new business. Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence. Work closely with the management to achieve revenue targets. Have a principled approach to doing quality work and paying attention to details. Ability to work well with others in a team environment, as well as independently.What we need: Candidate should have experience in the Business Development market IT staffing and Software Development. Must have strong communication skills. Must have prior relationships with Tier-1 Partners / End Clients with a consistent record of accomplishment of placements with them. Exceptionally strong presentation skills in Video/Zoom/MS Team calls to national as well as international audience. Proven successful sales record in the IT Staffing / Software Sales and Consulting Industry Consistent record of accomplishment of meeting and exceeding sales expectations. Aggressive and Target oriented with ability to work in high-pressure environment, multi-tasking, and self-motivated. Should be able to work independently work - end-to-end in pursuing placements/revenue targets. Expert-level technical recruitment skills. Strong presentation and closing skills.
