While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.What you will learn and contribute to Business Specialist will be responsible for creating presentations, Power BI and excel dashboards using secondary research and financial databases. Would also be responsible for data collection, report creation, etc. Main Responsibility Area
• Work along with the team and stakeholders on excel and Power BI related projects
• Financial data collection from different sources including paid databases, publicly available documents
• Stakeholder interaction
• Creating excel / Power BI dashboard and periodic reporting. Creating excel sheets for different companies with financials and operational KPIs like churn, APRU, Traffic, MOU, Installed base, Revenue, EBITDA, CAPEX, etc.
• Financial analysis Must be able to understand the basic annual report KPIs
Your skills and experience Requirements: Principally responsible for creation of Power Bi and excel dashboards and conducting secondary research including data collection, report creation, etc. To accomplish this task, he/she needs to works with the internal stakeholders to understand, define and document the overarching business object. Should be able to apply qualitative and quantitative techniques to interpret the data Must have:
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Power BI dashboarding including creation of DAX formulas and excel formulas, with macro knowledge as an add-on
• Minimum of 4 years within the custom Market Research industry
• Basic understanding of financial domain knowledge with respect to KPIs like revenue, EBITDA, Capex, etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must
• Proficient in MS Excel (advanced formulas, Excel Pivots, Lookups, charts, Macros etc.) and Power BI with relevant experience
• Think cell knowledge is desirable
• Good analytical Skills, Business Acumen and an eye to spot trends, patterns, deviations in data.
• Articulation and visualization of presentations to senior mgmt
• Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication abilities
• Should be aware of recent trends in Telecom Sector (India & worldwide)
Additional Requirements:
• In-depth experience in working on excel, Power BI and MS office suit
• Experience in handling and communicating with customers in global environment
• Telecommunication working experiences will be an add-on
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
