Business Program Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Business Program Manager to join the Business Excellence & Strategy team. This team is the backbone of the org and all members of this team have tangible impact on the growth and culture of the organization. Each member of this team works closely with our Leadership team to drive key business results. We are looking for a self-driven candidate with a growth mindset to help drive site priorities working in a cross-functional environment. Ideal candidate will have great collaboration, planning & execution skills combined with empathy and inter-personal awareness to work with a range of stakeholders from senior leadership to early in career employees.
• Key Responsibilities
  • Drive cross-organizational initiatives and special projects.
  • Support Leadership team in enabling a great work culture
  • Drive employee engagement & effectiveness in a fast-changing work environment.
  • You will be responsible to bring in discipline and execution focus to the site priorities by setting up program management frameworks, governance and reporting structures, measurement KPIs, etc.
  • Working closely with key support functions (Global Workplace Services, IT, Administrators, Finance, HR etc.) in forming collaborative teams that help execute the site priorities and addressing the issues proactively within the organization.
  • Create processes and workflows to support the growth of the organization across the 3 sites Hyderabad, Noida & Bengaluru and be specially focused on our Noida site.
  • Drive cross-organizational initiatives and special projects, on behalf of the CVP Office.
  • You will be supporting the team on numerous long term & short-term initiatives by providing business acumen and programmatic approaches.

• 7+ year experience in at least one or more areas Strategy, Operations, Program Management and Project management.
• Demonstrated execution excellence in driving large scale programs/ projects that have multiple dependencies
• Professional experience in program and project management.
• Engagement expertise, and passion for delighting employees & internal stake holder, advocating on their behalf, creating great employee experiences.
• Influence without authority: Experience navigating large cross-functional teams, Ability to understand organization interrelationships.
• Critical thinking and strategic insight based on data.
• Strong project management & people management skills
• Proven track record of planning and leading strategic cross org initiatives
