Job Description

    • Act as escalation contact for emergency/crisis on a time sharing basis
    • Driving remotely the on-site support for Type Acceptance tests and critical emergency situations Management of all customer project activities during realization and early market introduction phase.
    Your skills and experience
    • Case handling technical Lead for Core Products:
    • CSCF, HSS, UDM and CSD
    • Solution lead interfacing with PMT, CTs, Care and local GS teams to get the solution deliverables done on time with right quality.
    • Technical support architect providing technical solutions for complex field problems.
    • Making sure to handle the TQs, FRs for all IMS, TAS & Register customer projects world-wide.
    • - Act as single point of contact (SPOC) between Care and R&D for the projects
    • - Take care of New Technology Introduction activities and its deliverable for Core
    • product / Solution (planning, implementation and follow-up of pilots and trial activities)
    • - Act as technical mentor for enabling the CS team for problem solving, diagnosis, preventive actions
