Job Description

    About our client: Our client manufactures, imports and sells construction-related products into the Indian market. The vision for the organisation is to become a significant leading manufacturer of engineered aluminium and composites products for the construction, events and aircraft and defence sectors in India. The company has a modern factory using cutting edge welding technology, robots and lasers with the capacity to develop further market-leading product ranges. The Company operates at multiple levels and channels to address a variety of customers from D2C, B2B and B2C and has ambitious development plans to grow at 100% YoY in Revenue. Purpose of the job (brief summary): - Chief Marketing Officer purpose is to grow the brand awareness of the company and ultimately to grow market share and sales in the markets in which it operates. This is through a detailed understanding of the markets and sectors it operates in, the defined customer base in the key market sectors and the development of a range of products and service solutions to maximise sales in those markets by providing marketing assets to support sales to achieve the growth targets referred to above. - The Chief Marketing Officer will work closely with the MD & CEO and sales management and will develop and implement a marketing strategy for the company primarily based on analytics and deployed electronically. The Chief Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing marketing collateral that can be deployed electronically together with physical assets as required by the sales teams. A critical part of the role is the analysis of sales performance and opportunities identified and schemes developed and implemented to improve sales performance.- Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels. Key Tasks/Responsibilities: - Development and implementation of Marketing Strategy- Setting and managing the marketing budget with senior team.- Formulating Digital marketing strategies in order to increase brand visibility and improve online brand positioning of the business.- Development of advertising collateral, from campaigns to physical assets such as brochures and support material to support sales initiatives agreed by the senior team.- Tracking efficiencies and increasing ROI of the marketing spend across channels including all kind of google campaigns and Ad networks- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points- Understanding online space and upcoming trends that would cater to the growth for B2B.- Collecting and Evaluating customer feedback data- Evaluating competitors Digital Marketing strategies and creating plans to overtake them- Coordinate with freelancer content developers on the scope and direction of content creation.Key Competencies : - Leadership skills- Extensive commercial business knowledge.- In depth marketing knowledge and use of digital sales techniques- Strong interpersonal skills- Strong communication skills - verbal and written- Strong negotiation skills- Listening skills- Problem analysis and problem-solving- Attention to detail and accuracy- Adaptability and Multi-tasking ability- English as a second language- Initiative (self-starter)KPI:- Increase of brand awareness of the companies Brand- Achievement of budgeted YoY Sales Growth Requirements: - At least 4-5 years of marketing experience ideally in a sale led manufacturing company- B2B exposure is critical- Preferable sales experience- MB- International outlook- Content creation Skills- Deep understanding of Digital platforms,
