Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring forCluster ManagerAreas of Responsibility:1.Strategic & Planning ResponsibilitiesAccountable for managing overall relationships with key member accounts /large enterprise clients in the cluster and based on churn risk assessments monitor action plan and its implementation with the Hub Operation ManagersAccountable for the overall NPS & customer satisfaction assessment on all services & amenities for the cluster and Own the NPS improvement action plans for the entire cluster. Scan the market & conduct competitor analysis for new & existing hubs and provide insights on major marketing events, new launches, launch events etc. to Zonal Heads and key internal stakeholdersAccountable for ensuring smooth coordination for the cluster with various stakeholders within and outside the Hub Operations function to deliver seamless employee and customer experience.2.Financial & Control ResponsibilitiesAccountable for ensuring fixed costs & consumptions and overall PnL for the cluster follows the defined glide path for the fiscal year based on Company level projections.Oversee hub team engagements & associated costs for respective hubs in-line with defined budgets Oversee contract agreements & ensure timely generation of invoices & collection of payments on agreed products & services for all members in respective hubsAccountable for driving alternate revenue generation streams for the hub beyond membership fees through events, infrastructure, up-selling products & services etc. Accountable for reviewing audit agreements, invoicing reports, quarter event calendar & execution of monthly event/activity, conduct gap analysis and take corrective actions or highlight red flags if any to Zonal Head3.Functional ResponsibilitiesAccountable for overall process and statutory compliance, vendor management & compliance in line with standards of execution as directed by Finance/ Legal/HR/Other Central teams w.r.t contracts management & implementation for respective hubs in the clustersAccountable for informing, coordinating, and supporting the various Central teams (HR/Legal/Finance/CS etc.) on any legal notices or statutory directions received by any hubs within the cluster. Accountable for ensuring smooth resolution of escalations from the hub teams and member Companies in line with the Company policies and service guidelines.Accountable for regularly auditing, documenting, and formally intimating the concerned stakeholders on matters related to fire safety, property of life hazards and ensure all compliances are adhered to in the hubs across the cluster at all times Accountable for ensuring seamless delivery of member experience through various touchpoints across the cluster upholding the Companys values and Service brand.Accountable for driving formulation & execution of initiatives & methodologies to drive operational excellence for the overall cluster to manage working capital & derive cost efficiencies while managing optimum Accountable for overall hub-desk inventory management for respective hubs in coordination with facilities teamsConduct regular review and audit of agreements, invoicing reports, quarterly event calendar & execution of monthly events/ activities; Establish the mitigation plan based on the gap analysis for all the hubs across the cluster Support the hub team in managing relationships with the landlords and their representatives for routine activities like rent payments, utility pay-outs, upkeep of the overall premises etc. and flag any issues/concerns proactively to the concerned teams. Provide on ground support to Expansion team for facilitating renewal/significant lease term changes/negotiations.3.People Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of Operations managers in the respective cluster and accountable for key people decisions for the cluster including staffing, performance conversations, driving change on ground around prescribed Company policy and guidelines. Drive a culture of performance amongst subordinates guide, counsel and provide feedback to team so as to ensure a motivated and committed teamDevelop self-capabilities to take on higher responsibilities while performing the given / in-charge responsibilities Align the cluster with Company Culture, values & Objectives and ensure the team is aligned to the organisational context and goals. Ensure adequate training of self to be able to handle business dynamics and meet the requirements of the customers & stakeholders. Minimum Requirements:6-8 Years in Operations role (preferably with team management experience) in a Hospitality or Service Oriented industry Masters degree in Operations Management/Hospitality/General ManagementRegards,HR Team
