Job Description

    • Purchase related all responsibility-New Vendor Development, Price/contract Negotiation, Material Delivery and Payment, Vendor evaluation, Techno-commercial bid evolution, and material planning, cost estimation, Handling SAP activity of Purchase and issuing LOI to vendors, Price, Terms & conditions finalization with various vendors for group companies across the country.
    • Procurement of services & material related to events, MICE, Hotel Banquet Booking, ATL, BTL, Marketing, Merchandising, Studio fabrication, Digital Marketing, Admin related purchases Vehicle hiring, Hotel booking, Travel Agent/Aggregator etc.
    • Managing Contracts related to Events, Marketing Admin and Facility, thorough knowledge of Minimum wages, labor compliance, strategic contract negotiation, finalization of rate cards for regular items.
    • Finalization & cost benchmarking of Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contracts and Non-Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contracts and Rate Contracts as per legal terms & conditions.
    • Handling day to day activities such as getting quotes, negotiating contracts, contract management, tracking purchase orders and shipment and resolving supplier payment issues and working as a team member.
    • Responsible for Contracts (including short term and annual contracts) Drafting, Evaluation, Negotiation and Execution with following responsibility on-Disclosure Agreements Sign off, SLA Finalization, Scope of work Finalization, KPI.
    • Lead end-to-end sourcing process like Develop quality RFI/RFPs, New Vendor Development, contract, Negotiation, PO releasing, Vendor evaluation, Techno-commercial bid evolution, cost estimation, Project Procurement, SAP, MIS, involved in preparing SOW and BOQ, Reverse auction, eProcurement and spend analytics, involved in preparing SOW and BOQ, Strategic Sourcing.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to convert a user project requirement into deliverables, plan, track and successfully deliver as per commitment to user.
    • Assessment of existing vendor base & developing alternate suppliers, based on various criteria such as prices, quality improvement rate, timely delivery, credit terms, etc.
    • Procurement strategieswhich achieve real service and commercial benefits for the Business.
    • Maintain master tracker to record all vendor activities & analyses vendor performance and rate all the vendors based on cost, delivery, quality service etc.
