Job Description

If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a [[Configuration Advisor]] to join our team in [[Noida]], [[Uttar Pradesh]], [[India]].Lead SCCM operation and manage a team to deliver services to clients on a day to day basis.Act as an operational lead and handle day to day technical quries of the team members.Handle client escelations.Act as point of contact for client interaction, understand client requirements and implement technical solutions.Make sure all SLAs and SLOs are met.Vulnerability remediation using scriptspatches Proficient in SWDApplication Model and patching using MECM Expert level knowledge in troubleshooting patching issues and package issues Custom reporting using SQL - Supporting All aspects of SCCM Infrastructure viz. Software Distribution, Patching, Client Remediation, Baselines Custom Reports, Site Server Configuration, Troubleshooting with exposure to Intune and Autopilot (desired only).- Ability to manager different types of customers and their needs.- Fluent communication in English, both written and verbal- Act as a coordinator on bridges and collaborations- Ability to break down problems into smaller parts, troubleshoot, collaborate, negoticate and handle tricky coversations- Act as a point of esclataion and drive small project type engamements- Create ad hoc reports and basic understanding of MS Excell and office tools.- Own issues and drive them to closure.
