Software Distribution, Patching, Client Remediation, Baselines, Custom ReportsExposure on MS Intune and troubleshooting Issues with Intune and autopilotWorking on SCCM client installation, remediation and preparing compliance reportsWorking on incidents equests and tasks pertaining to custom reporting, Application deployment, patching and other sccm issuesWorking on queue management for SCCM related issuesAbility to manage different types of customers and their needs.Fluent communication in English, both written and verbal- Act as a coordinator on bridges and collaborationsAct as a point of escalataion and drive small project type engamementsCreate ad hoc reports and basic understanding of MS Excell and office tools.Own issues and drive them to closure.Supporting All aspects of SCCMIntune viz.
