Job Description

    Position Manager-Voice OperationsDepartment CRM - Voice operationsReporting to Floor Manager - Customer ServiceLocation: Noida Sector 6Ctc: Up-to 3LpaA.Key Responsibilities
    • Responding to customer queries related to health insurance claims, policies, etc. through calls.
    • Providing resolution to customers complaints & grievances
    • Maintaining the AHT for the process
    • No Target
    B. Qualification / Experience
    • Should be a graduate at least or final year result awaited or final year pursuing.
    • Experience in voice process preferred- 06 months to 1 year
    • Freshers can also apply
    C. Skills Required
    • Basic knowledge of Health Insurance
    • Should have good communication skills- Both English and Hindi.
    • Knowledge of any regional language would be an advantage.
    D. Other Details
    • Rotational Shifts will be there.
    • Roasted off will be given.
