Engage in meaningful conversations to understand client needs, preferences, and project scope. Present our firms capabilities and offerings clearly and persuasively to prospective clients. Collaborate with the design team to gather project details and create proposals based on client requirements. Negotiate terms, prices, and project specifications with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Utilize excellent verbal. communication skills to convey client expectations and project details to the design team. Address any concerns or issues raised by clients promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project progress using tools like Excel and Word. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in a client-facing role within the interior design, architecture, or related industry. Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients. Strong negotiation skills to discuss terms, prices, and project details effectively. Understanding of client needs and the ability to translate them into actionable project requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for creating proposals, reports, and maintaining client records. Ability to handle client concerns in a calm and timely manner.Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in any field. Previous experience in sales, business development, or client management roles is advantageous.
