Job Description

You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, complaints, and technical support issues via phone, email, and chat. You will also be responsible for resolving customer issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate team, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
    • Responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
    • Troubleshooting and resolving customer technical support issues
    • Managing customer complaints and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team
    • Providing customers with information on products and services
    • Processing customer orders, refunds, and exchanges
    • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate customer records
    • Collaborating with other teams to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner
    • Identifying and reporting common customer issues to management
    • Providing feedback to management on ways to improve customer service processes
    Requirements:
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
    • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
    • Fresher, 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
