Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesThe main responsibility is to automat manual MS Excel tasks using macros. Also using MS Excel to organize company data and budget reports into detailed pivot tablesResponsibilities -

  • Creating dynamic reports with PivotTables.
  • Building formulas.
  • Cell formatting.
  • Managing large datasets with functions: IF, SUM, INDEX, MATCH, VLOOKUP.
  • Manipulate date, time, text, and arrays.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports for the management.
  • Automate and simplify various reporting trackers using VBA, Macros and SQL.
  • Extract existing data to format into presentable reports, charts, and graphs.
  • Prepare ad hoc analyses and data reports for internal circulation.
  • Work on bespoke queries involving collating data from multiple Excel files and preparing a custom report keeping in view all the requirements set by the client.
Requirements -
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in Advanced Excel, VBA, Macros and SQL programming.
  • Proficient in other Microsoft Office Suites (Word, PowerPoint, Access, and MS Project).
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a great eye to detail.
  • Decent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders under tight deadlines.
  • Advanced excel certified will be an added advantage.
