Delivery AnalystDepartment overviewThe Delivery team, Noida is responsible for entitling / providing online access to products per Customer contract/orders forms. Team also provides pre- and post-delivery support to Sales and Customer Care. Other activities include and are not limited to handling access queries, reporting, reconciliations, and participate in special projects. Colleague may need to interact with various internal teams like sales, sales operations, and customer service for their day-to-day operational tasks.Position summaryThis position needs an individual with strong data entry experience, attention to detail and who can join the team in providing support to the Global Delivery team(s). You should be an organized, hardworking, dynamic, and confident individual, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to fit into the company culture.What Youll Do
• Complete entitlements in one or more delivery systems per orders received via SalesForce and SAP
• Create proof of delivery documentation to support SOX controls
• Support audit schedules and activities, can involve ad-hoc workings towards resolving audit queries
• Provide requested details as requested by peer groups from time to time
• Handle user management (Help Desk) queries
• Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as required
• Maintain excellent stakeholder and cross team relationships through effective and timely communication
• Support in ad-hoc work as required
What You Need to Get the Job Done
• Typically at least 3 year experience in relevant field (data entry)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good hands on experience on microsoft office. System knowledge including MS Office, SAP and Salesforce. Added certifications are a plus.
• Ability to communicate courteously and proactively within all levels of the organisation
• Ability to work effectively towards deadlines and self-prioritize
