- Sourcing candidates using Job portals, social media etc.- Assessing the candidates as per the job mandate- Lining up of candidates for Interview- Follow up on the interview status and managing candidate pipeline- Managing the online job postings, social media presence etc.- On time client delivery- Leading/Mentoring junior team members/Work AllocationDesired Experience : - 5+ years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment/Non-IT/Big4s hiring, working with Executive Search Firms/Staffing Firms- Candidates with experience in Manager & Above level/Leadership hiring will be given preference- Experience in team management & client management will be an added advantageThe ideal candidate will have a combination of 4 aspects i.
